The topic of war and its impact on society is a serious matter. When tasked with creating a book jacket for *A Rumor of War*, I aimed to depict the effects of war through the cover design. I wanted to emphasize the loneliness portrayed in the book to give readers a clear sense of what the story has in store for them.
